PART 1: Using the Imagine below, label each box with the number and text provided in the answer key found on the bottom right of the image. (Two terms will go unused)
PART 2: BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Open Excel and begin a blank document. Excel is organized by columns and rows. Columns run are labeled with letters (A, B, C, D, etc.), and rows are labeled with numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). When you see A5, that means column A, row 5. Enter the following information in the designated cells:
1. Insert a row at the top of the spreadsheet above Row 1.
2. Add the title "GYMNASTICS COMPETITION" in cell A1.
3. Change the font of the title to Rockwell Extra Bold.
4. Change the font size of the title to 26.
5. Change the width of Column A to 15.
6. Change the text orientation of column A rows 2-8 to 45 degrees.
7. Add borders around data.
8. Change all OTHER margins to 9.
9. Format the cells that contain numbers so two decimal places are displayed.
10. Insert a function to compute the TOTAL, MAX, MIN and AVG for Kelly.
11. Copy the formulas you just inserted for Kelly for all participants.
12. Add titles for each event (column b: Beam, column c: Vault. column d: Floor, column e: All-Around.
13. Rename Sheet 1 to "November".
14. SAVE your file to my folder: Schmidt/Excel/Pre Test folder as your last name EXCEL PRETEST.
